I’m looking for a responsible roommate who is neat and cleans up after yourself. You must have a job — I will need to verify employment. I try to keep things quiet Monday through Friday after p. m. out of respect for other tenant, work hours and sleeping schedules. I’m usually never home because I work a lot, but when I am, I enjoy my peace and space. Here are some details about the home: - Kitchen -Livingroom - Washer and dryer on- - Must be okay with a dog & cats on - But not needing anymore. - One bathroom, for now, until the guest bathroom is finished being renovated. - Wi-Fi includes - $ PG&E, but is not limited to, depends on peak seasons and cost of utilities (split in 3rds- amongst three roommates total). Month to month- Requiring first-month rent and deposit.
