Lease ends at the end of July, room is available for move-in as soon as the front office clears the paperwork.

3 roommates, the apartment is generally quiet and the roommates are usually not home. one is a Firefighter student who spends most of the time at the Fire Station. Another is a finance student who spends most of their time at their girlfriends house. The last roommate is home more often, a nice and friendly guy who is clean and respectful. All 3 are clean and orderly individuals.
