Description

There is one room available, with a double bed. The bed has a memory foam mattress, and there are duvets and blankets. We provide bedding for all the beds, and do not allow personal bedding.

The room contains a chest of drawers, bookshelf, mirror, and a desk. There is also a closet. We provide dishes, pots and pans and you have your own shelf in the fridge and in the cupboards, and your own drawer in the kitchen.

You share a 3 bedroom basement apartment with roommates from India attending Humber who practice a variety of religions Sikh, Hindu and Christian. Chanting is free of charge. You have the largest room and share the kitchen and bathroom. New quartz countertops and sink in the kitchen. Stainless fridge. and newer stove. The place is nice and quiet. The neighbourhood has everything you need from a No Frills grocery store to a couple of dollar stores and a Shoppers Drug Mart. Starbucks, sushi, roti, Korean and Tim Hortons are within walking distance. Twenty minute drive to the airport, twelve minute walk to Humber Lakeshore.

All utilities are included in the rent. Heat, water, electricity, air conditioning, TV with access to latest Indian TV/ movies/ sports, and Wi-Fi. Coin laundry on . There are two parking spots available for $/month each.

The application process requires that you transfer first and last month rent which will be refunded if you are not approved. You will require job letters, credit report, identification, guarantor, passport and references on your application unless you are a foreign student, where only identification and school registration will be required.

Mandatory one year lease. You need to buy your own personal tenant insurance before you are approved--this is mandatory.
