Private Large Room and Bath

Searching for an accountable, clean, reliable, friendly, female roommate to share a sq/ft house with finished basement beginning April . Basement area would be yours along with private full bath and large bedroom! I am located in Aurora near Illiff and Chambers (with quick access to Parker/Centennial) and about mins from Denver. You would have a bedroom, full size private bathroom, and a living space in the finished basement. Of course with access to the kitchen and upstairs living space. I have a big backyard, driveway and on street parking. This is also a smoke free and drug free household.
I am a cleanly, accountable (lived here 5 years), friendly, busy single momma. I have a year old son and two sweet dogs so must be okay with them. I cannot accept more pets at this time unfortunately.
