I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a -bathroom apartment at E Green Street, Champaign, Illinois, from May through July of this year. The bedroom is on the top floor (5th floor) and comes with an attached bathroom and he’s also offering a covered parking spot beneath the building at no extra charge. The rent is $ per month with utilities on top. The other bedroom is currently leased to a male summer intern. The apartment features updated appliances.
