Room Needed - March 1st Move In

Hello :)

If possible, I would like to move in starting March 1st. The occupants would be only myself.

In terms of lifestyle, my work schedule is Monday through Thursday pm. I work near Manhattan and do not work from home. In terms of sleep, I am not disturbed by any loud noises. I would describe myself as someone who is tidy and wouldn’t mind splitting chores according to your cleaning schedule. My hobbies include going to the gym, latin dancing, reading, and sewing.

I believe in the importance of open communication and would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I would also love to know more about you as an individual and your expectations for a roommate.
