Bonsoir, ma copine et moi sommes intéressés par un appartement d’une chambre. On aimerait le louer du 1er mars à fin juin (nous faisons un stage à l’université pendant cette période). Est-ce que ces dates vous conviendraient ? Est-ce que les charges sont comprises dans le prix ?

Hello, my girlfriend and I are interested in a one-bedroom apartment. we'd like to rent it from March 1 to the end of June (we're doing an internship at the university during this period). Would these dates suit you? Are utilities included in the price?
