Location is outstanding if you're into beach activities. Lot's of the neighbors surf, bike, run.


Washer/Dryer in the unit. BBQ on the porch. Full kitchen w/ oven.

Rent is $/mo. Utilities are usually around $ish. Deposit is one months rent.
