Private room for rent in Northridge

Description

I am looking for one person to take over my lease. The room is available in January. Lease ends in April and is month-to-month after that.

It is a private bedroom and shared bathroom in a b apartment with a spacious living room space. It’s only 4-mins drive and a -mins walk to Cal State Northridge. You will be sharing the apartment with a undergrad male student.

Electricity and WiFi will be split two ways ($/month)
Water, gas and trash is already included.
Proof of income needed. No application fee

Note: Room will be unfurnished but I can leave some furniture in the bedroom and kitchen/living room space for a discounted price upon request.
