Roommate needed ASAP

Hi!
Looking for a roommate asap in Seminole heights.
Cute bath home.
I have the master room and you'll have a room with your own bathroom as the 3rd room is used as an office/craft room that you'll be abel to use as well.

Currently 2 small dogs and bunny reside here as well.
One more pet may be allowed, but needs to get along with mine. ($ pet deposit).

Lots of restaurants and bars closed by and easy access to minutes to Downtown Tampa.

I'm single and laid back. I work in catering and work hybrid during the week.

House is fully furnished except for your room amd bathroom.

Looking for a responsible person till lease ends in November. Needs to keep the shared spaces cleaned.

Rent $ utilities and $ deposit. Needs to pass a background check done by lanlord.

Would prefer female but may be opened to a male.
