My boyfriend & I are looking for a third roommate in a 3 bedroom townhome. Room is upstairs, shared bathroom upstairs (although you’ll mainly be using it yourself since there is one downstairs), in unit washer & dryer. Water, Sewer & trash covered. Electric equally split per month. Room is unfurnished. Central A/C. Newer apartments so everything is updated & modern. Pool and barbecue on premises. Free uncovered parking spot. Strictly no pets as we have two dogs already. Must be comfortable living with dogs. Must keep common areas clean. Roommate cleaning day once a month to clean house, or we can pay a service to do so & split that amount. We are both chill people but we also would like to live in peace & clean environment.
