Subleasing my room at Orchard Trails.

It’s in a BA fully-furnished apartment, and the lease runs until the end of August . It is the largest bedroom in the apartment, and the bathroom is right outside the room. The washer-dryer unit is inside the apartment. The monthly rent is $; all utilities are included, with an electricity cap of $ for each tenant. You will be living with three male roommates.

You will also have access to the clubhouse facilities, including reading rooms, a lounge, pool and foosball tables, an outdoor grill, unlimited coffee, a computer and a printer, and a gym—all come with the monthly rent. You can hop onto the shuttle from inside the complex or walk minutes to the University of Maine.
