Want to park camper to live on land

I am buying a camper before the end of December. January after my purchase I’ll need a spot to park it at with a power hookup outside for me and space for a medium sized camper. Preferably a farm and all I ask is you let me use the house as if I lived there. Rather instead of being
inside all the time in your space I’ll be in my camper. The rent I’m offering would cover all the extra bills I’d rack up for you. In case you’re wondering what I’d be using in your house it’s just the necessities. Showers, laundry, bathroom, cooking if you’d let me do it inside otherwise I’ll have a burner but I’ll need to wash my dishes inside. Maybe in the event of freak weather letting me inside for the night as well for my safety. Overall I wish to not be a burden on you or in the way so I’ll mostly stay in my camper unless I need to do one of those 5 things.
