Looking for a FEMALE roommate to rent a room in my cozy -bedroom, 2-bath house in the area! The bedroom is currently furnished, but if you prefer to bring your own furniture, I’m happy to clear it out.
You will have your own detached bathroom for privacy and access to all shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, garage, and yard.

• Cleanliness: Must be someone who values cleanliness and is tidy in shared spaces.

• Must have a stable income and be respectful of the house and shared spaces.
• This room is for one person only, no couples.
