You would be sharing the guest bathroom with another female tenant, as such, at the other tenants request it is female applicants only. /mo. I have two indoor only cats living in the home and may occassionally request cat sitting/feeding if able.

Rules: no overnight guests, the room is for a single person, not a couple, no kids.

Smoking and vaping is outside only.

Keep the common areas clean.

Parking is on right side of driveway.

Have a job, have a car.

If you have a pet i'm only comfortable with smaller dogs or cats and only if they can get along with mine.
