Looking for 1 more roommate for a room w/ shared bathroom ($+ utilities) available for move in December! The lease will remain through the summer minute drive to campus and right off Main Street in Fairfax! Location: Fairfax Square Apartments, located 2 miles from GMU w/ CUE & metro bus stop at community entrance. Amenities: Pool, -hr Fitness center, & Dog park Utilities: $ depending on gas & electric use Parking: one-time $ for parking decal, there is 1 reserved spot, but also plenty of open spaces directly in front of the townhouse Pets: Mykia has a friendly service dog, a lab-pitty mix. There’s no space for another service animal or pet in this household. Roommates: Mariah is a working professional and Mykia is a GMU student. Open to female in their early 's, & LGBTQ friendly! Roommate agreement required.
