Midtown Room + Bathroom for Rent

Description

This is for a private room and bathroom in a bathroom townhouse-style apartment in midtown just a couple blocks from Virginia Street. We would split gas, electricity, and internet. The room is approximately square feet. I mostly have all my furniture set up in the common area (downstairs), but we can collaborate on how we want to organize everything. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, and Microwave are shared as well. You cannot smoke indoors + other usual rules. We will have to create a new lease so u will have to do a background check and provide pay stubs to the leasing co. Pets might* be allowed but I’ll have to check with them and they may include a fee.
