Midtown Room + Bathroom for Rent

This is for a private room and bathroom in a midtown apartment.
I love the area and apartment myself, and I’m just looking for a cool roommate to split costs with. For bills, we would split gas, electricity, and internet. I mostly have all my furniture set up in the common area (downstairs), but we can collaborate on how we want to organize everything. I will make space and accommodate whatever you want to add to the apartment. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, and Microwave are shared as well. You cannot smoke indoors + other usual rules. We will have to create a new lease so u will have to do a background check and provide pay stubs to the leasing company. 1 pet is allowed with a move in fee and unfortunately no large
