Main Level Bedroom in N Nashville

Description

The room is located on the main level of my North Nashville duplex (5 minutes to Farmer's Market and minutes to Downtown with easy access to I-). It has it's own bathroom but the bathroom is semi shared as it is the only one on that level. My room is upstairs and I have my own living area separate from the main level living space. The rent is a little higher for a smaller bedroom as I am only there weeks a month on average, so it's like having the place to yourself quite often.
I don't smoke, drink or do any types of drugs. I'd prefer to live with a male professional, who doesn't smoke or do drugs, is somewhat open minded, easy going and clean.
I do have guests from time to time (there is a guest room upstairs) but they respect your space.
I do work from home at times but other times I'm at the office.

The room could be furnished or unfurnished based on your needs.
Move-in could be as soon as December .
Utilities are of the electric, water, fiber internet and gas
