Room for rent in large in the Three Oaks Community. Private entrance and access to all common areas including heated pool and hot tub, kitchen, laundry and living room area. Currently unfurnished but furnishing negotiable. Parking on driveway for now, garage in the future. Utilities included with exception of heating propane which will be TBD negotiated on usage. The home is owner occupied (myself) and I have 2 dogs and a cat, all friendly but no more room for any pets. The house itself is Sq Ft. Move in is one months rent as first, last and security deposit.
