Hi, I'm renting a two bedroom apartment at Avery Dania Pointe. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. mins away from Fort Lauderdale Aitport. I'll be renting out the second bedroom at the beginning of Dec. I'm in my mid 's and have a small dog. I have a full time job and very clean. I'm not a big partier or have many overnight guest. I like to workout, cook and travel. Looking to find someone similar. Preferably a female. The rent would be $ plus utilities (water, electricity, and internet)
