Master bedroom with private bath

SEEKING:
Preferably female but still open to possibly a male roommate. Ideally looking for someone who is between age and since I’m very committed to fitness would be great to share a space with someone who shares this sentiment and can be a positive motivation for one another but isn’t a requirement. However full disclosure, the bathroom shower would be a bit cramped for larger folks.

MUST BE clean, respectful, a working professional that’s responsible and reliable. Works outside the home…also, no pets, no kids, no couples, hard drug-users or raging alcoholics. 😅 I’m friendly as long as it’s not inside the home but have a nice private back patio to indulge. ☺️

Renting my master bedroom with its own private bath. UNFURNISHED but able to provide if too if needed.

Shared access to the entire house and its amenities.

Close proximity to shopping, entertainment, dining, I 4 where you can go North to beaches or South to the Themes parks just minutes away. 2 minutes away you can check out peaceful Lake Lotus Park.
