Hi all! I am currently looking for someone to replace my roommate in our wonderful apartment in Katonah! Walking distance to train station/town and very close to /saw mill. Must be comfortable with a sweet Labrador retriever. I have all the common spaces furnished. Person would have own bedroom + own extra space (roomie currently uses it as an extra closet/office/getting ready room). If anyone knows of someone looking for a room, dm me for more details!! 😊 electric and WiFi are paid separately, everything else is included in rent. $ security deposit as well.
