Two brothers looking for a roommate

My brother and I are looking for a roommate to help offset the rent. We both work full time and have an active social life. It's a safe area with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We are offering a private room, a personal bathroom, a space in the downstairs, and one parking spot. You will have communal access to washer, dryer, and the kitchen. Room comes with a king(different than photo) bed, ceiling fan, closet and dresser.
