2 Bedroom apartment

Hey there! My current roommate will be moving out sometime this week, so I’m looking for somebody to take his place. This is a 2 Bedroom basement suite with new floors and appliances, located in north van by Capilano road. The rent is split $ each, plus $ a month for wifi. I’m very clean and I don’t throw any parties. This will be available for Dec 1st or earlier. Depending on when he moves out. I’ll upload pictures of his room when his things are cleared out of there, but his layout is basically the same as mine. Message me for more info!
