I will be studying abroad during the spring semester (sublease from Jan ). I’m flexible on exact dates but you are welcome to move your things in starting mid-December

bedroom shared apartment on the th floor with great views and huge windows.
Fully furnished with a full-size bed, big desk, computer chair, shelving units, and chest of drawers. Plus, washer and dryer in the apartment.

My other three roommates are terrific, very easy to live with, and are all juniors at UW-Madison. I’d love to connect you with them if you’re interested.
We've lived in the apartment for over 1 year, so it's fully equipped. You only need to bring your personal items and clothes!

The James offers amazing amenities including a rooftop pool, study lounge/rooms, hot tub, patio, sauna, gym, security, package service etc.
