Mid size room for rent.

Description

This room can comfortably fit a queen bed with enough room for dresser and other bedroom furniture.

I'm in the process of switching to the smaller room so that this one is available for you.

Central heat/air, washer/dryer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and utilities included with price of monthly rent.

$ dollar deposit plus first months rent. Move-in ready.

Enough parking for yourself plus visitors.
Please be respectful and mindful. No excessive partying, no destroying property. Everything is shared for the most part. Contribute to toiletries and cleanliness of home.
No stealing, and please only bring over guests who are responsible and will not cause issues.
- No drugs.
- No drama
- The dog will always act like he hasn't eaten in days, ignore him.

Please provide 2 months of pay stubs. Name of employer and manager.

I am also renting this house so landlord asks that there are no shenanigans. They want someone Respectful, who will not destroy anything or cause issues.

I'm an easy going person but certain things won't be tolerated. Just like you have boundaries, I have boundaries. Respectful of you, your space and your things. I ask you please be the same in return.

Lease is month to month. All I ask is a day notice if you wish to leave. Any damage will be repaired with deposit funds and remainder (if any) will be given back to you within days of repairs being completed.

There are trains relatively close. So please keep that in mind. Am also very close to the tornado siren. It's usually tested the first Friday of the month around 1pm.
