Room for Rent in Bathroom Apartment

Looking for a new housemate in a bathroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment is fully furnished, but you’ll need to purchase half of the sofa from the roommate who’s moving out. The bedroom is unfurnished, though the current tenant is open to selling their furniture if you’re interested.

Requirements:
• 3 recent pay stubs
• Work contract
• Reference

Both males and females are welcome to apply. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a female tenant. Cleanliness and respectfulness are essential qualities we’re looking for.
