Large family house with a nice private ’ room off the front door. The shared bathroom is next to the room. Access to laundry and common areas of the house. The rent includes all utilities and wireless internet. Will be asking for a $ deposits with a $ non refundable cleaning fee.
There will only be street parking off a private residential road. We have pets and will consider another but that will be an individual conversation.
