I am looking for someone to take over my lease on my studio ASAP. It is located on Haste Street, a walking distance to campus.

FULLY FURNISHED includes: a portable AC, Big screen tv, a queen bed, sofa, study table, coffee table, tv stand, etc.

ALL UTILITIES inculded: water, electricity, etc.

There is a gated garage downstairs in the basement if you have vehicles.

This apartment would be perfect for people, couples, 2 roomates and the studio can be divided to secitions( you just have to buy an extra bed) or the couch included can be folded down into a bed.

I am moving out as soon as I find someone to take over my lease.
