It is a bathroom unit, with one bedroom currently occupied by a cis gay male. I have a cat who will still be primarily in the living room during the sublease but will have a cat sitter stopping by every other day to care for him.

· Cleaning service comes every 2 weeks (no cost)

· Home office setup, which includes desk and ” monitor

· K Samsung Smart TV in bedroom with access to Spectrum TV

· Kitchen includes pots/pans, microwave, toaster, etc. (no dishwasher)

· 5-minute walking distance to the L train (which connects to all major subway lines) & even closer to bus

· Tons of amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, & stores nearby (Target, Trader Joe’s, etc)

· 5-minute walk to East River Park (sports fields, prime running spot, picnics)
