roommate in a 3 bedroom townhouse conveniently located near concord mills in a very safe and quiet nice neighborhood. You will have your own bathroom which isn’t shared with anybody. Room is spacious with a walking closet. Your bedroom is unfurnished with all the common areas furnished.

Rent is $ plus utilities. Utilities will be electricity, water and internet. Deposit of a month rent required.

This area is located near the university and all the grocery stores especially Trader Joe’s if that’s your vibe. minutes from uptown charlotte. Conveniently located to shopping, uptown, I-.
