About the room
Month to Month rental agreement. We have a 1 bedroom available in a super nice bathroom house off campus, with a huge backyard, gas grill and parking. Walking distance to ECU, the house is across the street from football practice field. Utilities are covered in month to month lease, our mom owns it, not a rental agency. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated. Washer and dryer are included in large laundry room. Bedroom includes a full size bed, dresser and desk. We are looking for another roommate ($) or couple looking to share a room. (couple rate is $)

About the roomies
Current roommates, we have an ECU senior(f) and ECU graduate(m) they are a couple and share a room, and ECU sophomore(m). All are very mature, working and going to school, responsible with shared house chores and respectful of others property and space.
