2 Rooms for rent furnished or not

Description

We live in a 4 bedroom house gated community and will like to rent a room that has a ceiling fan with remote control/app control. A queen bed is available too if needed. We are young and we spend most of our days at work or in our rooms. I have a declawed cat and 2 dogs as my companion animals as I'm a leukemia survivor.
This is a new and gated community. The house was built 3 years ago, we have a pool and Jacuzzi available to us at the entrance of the complex. We have unlimited wifi. The house has security screens and brinks alarm system with access to paramedic assistance until help arrives and fire department help just a button away.
We are mins away from Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, Target, LVAC, Starbucks, EOS, Dutch bros and several places to eat are less than 5 mins away too.
Room and price is for one person only. We stay away from drama and we are clean. We don’t smoke, drink or use drugs.
