Female roommate in Youngsville

Searching for a female roommate to take over half of an apartment in Youngsville.
- apartment for rent in Youngsville, .5 miles from The Food Lion on US-1.
- Private bedroom (unfurnished, although I could leave a dresser in their if you’d like) with closet. ’
- Shared bathroom, living space, kitchen, washer and dryer (in kitchen) & back porch (enclosed.)

Included is rent, trash, lights, water/septic & WiFi ( mbps.)
$ monthly, flat rate.

Lease is renewable closer to the end of January and I wish to renew. There are no amenities. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood and I feel safe here. Parking lot is well lit, plenty of non assigned parking is available. If there’s an issue they usually fix it pretty quickly depending on the urgency.

I am in my early ’s. I do not throw parties and ask that you don’t either. I do not smoke and am seeking a non smoker as well

In order to get on the lease with me, the apartment would need.
-An application filled out as well as a $ application fee.
-Two forms of ID, (as they will be running a background check.)
-Paystubs for the last month, (I already qualify for the amount needed, you would just need your info added.)

Pet friendly but would need a $/month pet rent I believe.
