Room w/ Private Bathroom

Hello! Seeking a roomate for my condo on Lake Worth Rd right off the turnpike. All utilities (and netflix etc) are included. Current roomate is moving out short notice this month so it will be ready soon. 3 windows in the room, standard closet, private bathroom with tub, vanity storage, in unit (brand new) washer and dryer, wood-look laminate floors, granite countertops, two living areas, and screened in back patio with exterior storage space. I don’t smoke but don’t care if you do! Caged pets allowed, no cats or dogs (allergic!). weed & LGBT friendly. Very chill vibe here and I understand that if you rent here you’re not just renting a room, but renting the whole place. No weird rules about kitchen usage or guests. Tons of guest parking. If you’re kosher or halal I can accommodate fridge space.
On weekends I sometimes host board game nights or ttrpgs that don’t go past elevenOclock.
