Hi! Looking for a ✨FEMALE ONLY!!✨ roommate preferably someone who works full time.
Looking to rent out the second room until the lease is up, around April/ may.
Rent is split down the middle- I pay over $ with utilities. The apartment has a beautiful big fully equipped gym, 2 pools, hottub, and gated community.

Unfurnished! Has a big beautiful walk in closet, and a nice window for natural light.

I’m sharing my fully furnished apartment- has an amazing living area with everything you could possibly need. ( will share more pictures later)


Qualifications:
-Make 2x the rent and or/ will need proof of employment. I’d also like to see your credit score beforehand due to past experiences💙

-No heavy drinking/ smoking inside unit/ partying- I treat my home as a sanctuary so I want someone who has similar values.
