Quiet 2 Room Suite

THIS IS A SUBLET!!! THERE WILL NOT BE A LEASE. W/S/G included, Electric/Gas/Wifi NOT INCLUDED, the most I have paid to date was $ in September while keeping the AC at to keep costs down (not my preferred temp, just to be clear
). 2ND FLOOR LIVING ROOM IS NOT INCLUDED, the “living room” pictured is the downstairs den and is rooms included; it is your private space and does have a TV and Chromecast. Kitchen, Garden, and Garage are shared. Home has never flooded, I am not near any cancer clusters, and I did not lose power during either storm this year. Community is gated, I have a Ring camera system, and there have been no issues with prowlers or package thieves, despite the proximity to Westheimer ————————— Hermit-y, quiet, very respectful, I often work 2 jobs so my home is my peaceful sanctuary and I very much would like for it to stay that way. I hope it can be your sanctuary as well. I rarely have guests, and if I ever do, I will let you know in advance. I ask the same consideration from you. I have 2 anxious kitty cats so kids and dogs and frequent guests (not frequent = no more than two days a week, and not both weekend days) are a STRICT no, but I have pet gates and they can be kept out of your space if you prefer. While I enjoy beer and wine, I am over my party phase, I don’t smoke at all. In my spare time, I like to paddle board, garden, try new restaurants, experiment with healthy recipes in the kitchen, watch Netflix/Prime TV/Hulu/etc. Big fan of fantasy, sci-fi, and psychological horror.
