Room with Private Bathroom

I have a room for rent with a private bathroom and closet. The bathroom is inside the room with private doors. There is a one-time $ deposit that is fully refundable. The lease is a month-to-month, meaning there is No Contract.

The subdivision is Cresswell, in a lovely Duluth / Suwanee/John’s Creek area. This is a relatively new subdivision located between Duluth, less than minutes from Suwannee and John’s Creek, with a pool in the subdivision.

It is a -bedroom home with private bathrooms, but I plan to rent only two rooms. The room is ONLY for one individual. Sorry, No Pets. The room has been freshly painted.

Currently, two females are renting two separate rooms with private bathrooms.

The room has a “ TV, a queen-size Mattress with headboard sets, an office chair, and a table. It also has a private bathroom sink, mirror, tub, and faucets. The room is newly painted.

All utilities are included. In addition, the house has ADT security and other Video Security Features.

A washer, dryer, and the common areas are shared.
