Seeking Short-term Female Roomie!

My name is Briana and I have an extra bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am looking for a short term female or femme roommate. The apartment is in the middle of a couple neighborhoods (Highland Park, Mt. Washington, and Montecito Heights) but is technically located in Mt. Washington. The room will be unfurnished though if you want to use the side-table, book-shelf, or lamp let me know. There's no bed. Either bring your own or let's talk about it. I may be able to provide and work that out with you.

This includes parking though it's tandem so we may sometimes be shifting cars around. It's a semi-covered carport. Electronic gate.

You will have shared access to the kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stove/oven, and a few small appliances like airfryer and microwave. It also includes access to a shared bathroom. It's not very large but gets the job done! You can also use the shared living room and wifi.
