Looking for a female roomate. Townhome near Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado so it’s a safe area (photos are when townhome was listed for sale and staged furniture; so furniture not exactly same e.g. now have a large TV in living room instead of the mirror, and no bed included).

Secondary bedroom for rent for one-thousand dollars a month (not including utilities which would be split so would vary month to month), a bathroom, an uncovered/outdoor parking spot, access to community pool/hot tub, tennis courts, and an in-unit laundry and dryer. No smoking, and no pets.

Move in ready December 1st. Security deposit is one-thousand-fifty dollars, and must have a minimum credit score of -sixhundred. Application fee of fifty dollars for a background check (would only do after we start signing paperwork).
