Unfurnished room for rent!

Description

One room in a 2 bedroom home. It’s a duplex and our side has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one half bath. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. Your bedroom is unfurnished with a small window and walk in closet. There’s a half bathroom, 1 car garage and washer (hookup only) and dryer on the lowest level. On the main floor there’s a living, dining and kitchen area as well as an outdoor patio, & small side yard. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and dishwasher. The fridge is in the garage as it’s too big for the kitchen, but hoping to downsize or just move it into the dining room. I’m hoping for a quiet predictable room mate like myself. Someone who likes to chill and watch tv and football would be great, but keeping to yourself is okay too. As long as you don’t have rowdy guests, are nice and respectful and keep things clean, we should get along! No pets allowed. Smoking is outside only. I am just moving in myself so it’s pretty bare as far as shared space furniture, dishes etc. I’ll start slowly adding things to the common area and you would be welcome to bring anything you’d like to for personal or shared use.
