I work as a freelance producer and bartend days a week in the area.
I'm clean but not picky about small things. I will leave something on the table, but dirt isn't my friend.

I'm sensitive to heavy perfume and scents, if you wear cologne or perfume daily, it might not be a good fit.
I love to garden and play softball in Prospect Park.
Prior to living here, I successfully & legally Airbnb'ed my second bedroom for 3 years just down the block until my landlord sold the building.
This is my favorite neighborhood in all of New York City because of its proximity to nature, great food, cultural events and amazing neighbors.
