Looking for someone to take over my lease in my 1 bedroom apartment. I have been here since March with no issues but I recently had a change in circumstances and need to relocate asap unfortunately. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The complex is great. Maintenance is great. Pet friendly. Amenities are beautiful. I have an oversized 1 car garage as well, that is an additional one hundred dollars. I’m not sure if that is required to be transferred. In unit washer, dryer, dish washer. 1 bedroom with screen porch. bath. Big kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Big walk in closet in bedroom. Amenities include beautiful pool, spa, grill areas, small movie theater, gym, dog park, playground, and business center. Apartment is located on a small river with beautiful views.
