Sharing my artist loft

Description

I regularly host short to medium-term in my loft.
I am currently open until mid-December.
I am a -year-old busy, creative professional and college professor.
The place has all the top amenities and appliances (washer and dryer, AC, water and air filtration systems, etc.). I am very clean and organized. I put a lot of effort into keeping my place clean, enjoyable, and calm.
There is a cute private patio and convenient parking up front. The community is safe and friendly.
Sadly, because of recent negative experiences, I no longer allow pets.
