(Posting on behalf of my girlfriend lol) Hi! I am Rebeca Michels and am looking for someone to take over my lease in a bathroom plan at Park Regant. The lease spring term is January-July. I am transferring to the University of Minnesota for the spring and am looking for someone to stay here! This apartment is right on campus, about a 4 minute walk from the main area. The apartment is very clean as we deep cleaned it when I first moved in. Rent is about $ + electrical bill (which is split in three, about $/month). Location and price are EXTREMELY hard to come by.

You would get your own room and bathroom to yourself! You would be staying with two amazing and outgoing girls, who are sharing the other room and bathroom! Only reason for moving out is the transfer to UofM!
