I am looking for roommates for Nov 1! I found an amazing house in south Philly a few blocks from south street. Rent would be split three ways ( for largest bedroom, respectively. I’m happy to take any room). Big bedrooms, lots of storage, bath, and parking spaces for free at the back door. honestly too good to be true to find parking in this part of the city. I am looking for people to apply with. Landlord is private and very responsive. Floors have recently been redone. Please reach out as I would love to snag this spot!!!
