Room for rent

Hello! I am seeking a roomate (M/F) for a room shared bathroom with one other person ( student male). Rent is $ w/every utility included! With a $ security deposit. It’s a 4bedroom house with a total of 4 young people living there, located near southern Blvd & jog road in WEST PALM BEACH! Less than min from I! We are looking for a respectable, responsible, chill person! Move in day: Oct and onward. Rent is cut in half since move in if halfway thru the month or if you move in a week late, etc! All we need is rent, deposit, proof of income thru bank statements or paystubs (employee verification letter is fine too), and screenshot of credit. Lease is available to do either year. So sorry but we don’t allow pets as we already have small small cats! 😞 please message me for more information about seeing the room!
