Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining months. The apartment is located at VV&M, a fantastic complex with great amenities, including a gym and a pool.

Rent: $/month + utilities
Bathroom: You will have your own private bathroom
Roommates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other friendly female roommates.

The dining and living areas are fully furnished, but the private room is unfurnished. You will have the option to purchase my furniture if you're interested.

The apartment is spacious, and you’ll have your own room for privacy. VV&M is located in a convenient area, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation.
