I'm graduating in December and looking for a female, early-mid ’s,to take over my lease from January-July due to the fact I have to move out once I graduate. The apartment is walking distance to SDSU and you'd be living with 3 other girls but you'd have your own bathroom and room with a queen bed. Common spaces are furnished as well as the bedrooms (bed frame, mattress, dressers, desk, and side table) and you'll have an in unit washer drier. The apartment has WiFi, great pool, small gym, study rooms, and a little"game" area with a pool table.
Rent is about $ a month, it does fluctuate a little once electric and water is added to the monthly rent.
