I have one extra room available with a bathroom and shower for rent downstairs in my home, located not far from Fort Carson Army Base and the Air Force Academy. This room is cozy and perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, homey living space. You’ll share the kitchen and living/dining room space but you can always put a microwave and fridge in your room for convenience.

💰 Rent: $/month (includes utilities: internet, water, gas, & electricity) - $ deposit/show proof of emplyoment
📍 Location: Close to Fort Carson and the Air Force Academy
🚫 No pets allowed, and no smoking inside the house (smoking allowed outside)
👤 Preference: Single individuals only (sorry, no couples) - no visitors!
